I Love The Greeks: Ode to Sexy Shoulders!

IMG_0287_D

We’ve come a long way since the Greeks introduced the “Exomis” in 500 B.C. The Exomis , a one-shoulder tunic, was worn by the Spartans and Greek workman to allow for free movement of their shoulders during battle or hard labor.

Women have been adorning their bodies and exposing their sexy shoulders in this Grecian silhouette for centuries.

Aphrodite, the Goddess of love, beauty, and sexuality was one of the first women to wear it well.

The 20th century woman continues to take this dress to new stylish heights and Aphrodite would be proud!
